1. General Information

Innovex Studios is a professional creative studio based in Dubai, designed for photography, videography, brand productions, and content creation. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and studio facilities.

2. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are charged on an hourly basis – minimum booking time is 1 hour.
Setup and breakdown must be completed within the booked time – overtime charges apply if exceeded.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
All payments are final – cancellations are non-refundable.

3. Studio Usage Rules

Maximum occupancy is 12 people – all guests must be pre-registered.
Clients are responsible for the behavior, safety, and conduct of their crew and guests.
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the infinity cove area unless permitted by staff.
The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found – additional cleaning charges may apply.

4. Equipment & Gear

Clients may only use the equipment that has been booked.
Lost, damaged, or misused equipment will be charged at market replacement value.
If unsure about using specific equipment – ask our on-site studio handler for assistance.

5. Safety & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited – smoking, open flames, or hazardous materials.
The following are strictly prohibited – illegal activities or inappropriate content production.
Innovex Studios reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if these rules are violated.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be accommodated at the discretion of Innovex Studios – subject to availability.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

Clients retain ownership of the content they create during their booking.
Innovex Studios may request permission to repost behind-the-scenes clips or tag your brand on social media – this is optional and only with client consent.

8. Liability

Innovex Studios is not responsible for personal belongings, equipment, or materials left behind in the studio.
Clients are liable for any damages caused by them or their guests.
Use of the studio is at your own risk – Innovex Studios assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or losses.

9. Amendments

Innovex Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time – changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
