Rules
Booking & Timing
Bookings are by the hour with a minimum of 1 hour, and setup and breakdown must be included in the booked time, with overtime charges for any exceeding time.
Guests & Crew
Max occupancy is 12 people, all guests must be preregistered, and the client is responsible for the behavior and safety of their team.
Studio Usage
Do not drag equipment or heavy objects across the cove floor, no food or drinks inside the cove area unless permitted by staff, and clean up after your session, leaving the space as you found it.
Equipment & Gear
Use only the equipment you've booked; damaged, lost, or misused equipment will be charged at market replacement value, and if you're unsure how to use something, ask our handler on-site.
Safety & Conduct
No open flames, smoking, or hazardous materials are allowed; no illegal activities or inappropriate content production, and Innovex Studios reserves the right to terminate a session with no refund if rules are violated.
Payments & Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, and cancellations are non-refundable.
Support & Add-Ons
A studio handler is available throughout your session for assistance, and if you need props, lighting, or extra gear, let us know in advance.
Content Usage
Innovex reserves the right to request permission to repost BTS clips or tag your brand (optional, depending on usage).
