The fine print
- 5% VAT is added to every booking at checkout.
- 50% deposit locks the date; balance due the day before (secure payment link emailed 24 hours ahead).
- Loyalty and referral credits stack on package totals — applied at checkout.
- Overtime past the package, if the studio is free, is AED 400 per hour, settled with the team on site.
- Agency retainers are invoiced monthly, on terms agreed with the team.
- Cancellation follows our standard policy — flat 50% of total.
